Christmas is Coming!

Ohmygoodness! November is already over! I hope everyone had a great holiday (I know I did). I'm sorry for my lack of posts, but I've been busy creating more fun jewelry! To make room for new things, I've added a HUGE sale section to my shop--I think it's only appropriate with Christmas less than a month away. Here's just a sampling of my items for sale:

Ooh, and I almost forgot to post my husband's Halloween costume (only a month later, oops!). Here is Dwight K. Schrute:

"Bears, Beets, Battlestar Galactica."

Much cuter than the real Dwight, in my opinion.

Stay tuned for some Christmas fun and . . . (wait for it, wait for it) some tutorials! I'm going to share my techniques for making my Vampire Earrings--and once you can make those, it opens the door to all sorts of different things:

My New Favorite Thing

Just in case there are some of you who haven't played the most awesome game in the entire world, I thought I'd share the cuteness! Introducing LittleBIGPlanet on the PS3. I dare you to tell me this isn't the most adorable thing ever--in fact, I think I'd be willing to bet money on it. Here's your little character, Sackboy:

But the best part of it is, you can customize him however you want! It's like dolls for grown-ups. Not only that, but you can control his facial expressions--the crying Sackboy is the saddest thing ever! You can even make him shake his cute little butt just from wiggling the PS3 controller. Not only is Sackboy cute, the game in and of itself is so much fun to play--which is what I've been doing all week for hours on end!

And no, I don't work for PlayStation or anything, I really REALLY love this game--it's totally worth buying a PS3 just to play it. Now I'm just trying to find a darling Sackboy plush; the only ones that are super cute right now aren't being sold:

This one was made by a Media Molecule gamer's mom.

And this was made by Em-En from i like lemons

I'm crossing my fingers for more Sackboy merchandise soon. I think I know what I want for Christmas . . .

Happy Halloween!

RIP Bracelet

Trick or Treat Bracelet

Oh my goodness, I can't believe Halloween is here already! My husband and I went to a party last week dressed up as Dwight and Angela from The Office--I'll be posting a picture here shortly. We also went to a couple of haunted houses (Castle of Chaos and Nightmare on 13th, for those of you who live in Utah). They were both way fun--Castle of Chaos has an awesome murder mystery, but Nightmare on 13th was the scariest haunted house I've ever been to (and I don't scare easily)!

Here are some spooky finds, and I hope everyone has a scary Halloween!

Halloween Robot by Robots

Spiderwick Necklace by Erzuli Mojo

The Pumpkins Family by Art Hands and Heart

As always, these pictures and products belong to their respective owners, my intent is simply to promote others.

Halloween Fun

This is why I don't do anything productive nearly the entire month of October--I love decorating! My husband and I made a gingerbread haunted house for the fun of it. I think it turned out rather nice . . . err, scary, I mean. In a cute way. :)

Here's my husband trying to eat the house. Look at that innocent face.

Not too bad, if I do say so myself.

Here are some more Halloween decorations.

Last, but not least, here's our wedding cake. We've almost been married a year (on October 26th)! I loved this cake; a crazy-talented neighbor of mine modeled it after my favorite movie in the entire world: The Corpse Bride, that's why it's crooked and awesome. If you haven't seen the movie, you totally need to because it's much better than Nightmare Before Christmas, in my opinion.

New Look!

I decided it was time for my blog to get a face lift, and I think it's much better now. Unfortunately, I lost all my widgets. I've managed to save a few of my favorite blogs, but if you were on the list and I missed you (even if you weren't on the list before and want to be now, I would be more than happy to add you!), please let me know.

Now that the boring stuff's out of the way, it's time for some great finds! In anticipation of Halloween, here are some pumpkins:
